Refund and Returns Policy

 

At Oleum Naturals, we hope you never need to cancel or return products. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need our assistance. To streamline this process, we’ve laid out our cancellation and return policy to minimize any hassles for you.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order only if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once an order has been shipped, online cancellation is not possible. Please reach out to our Customer Care team at +917980378546 for assistance. Orders cannot be cancelled once they’ve been delivered to you.

Partial Order Cancellation

Unfortunately, partial cancellation of orders is not possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, you’ll need to cancel the complete order and place a new one.

Partial Returns

Due to hygiene concerns, partial returns are not applicable in our category.

Partial Order Acceptance

As per our company policy, you cannot keep some products and return the rest at the time of delivery.

Wrong/Damaged Product Returns

We only replace products that are wrong, defective, or damaged. To initiate a replacement, please email us at customercare@oleumnaturals.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. You’ll need to return the items via courier with the outer box and product clearly visible. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll ship the correct products to you.

Return Conditions

Ensure the product is returned in its original condition with intact packaging, labels, and barcodes. We can process the refund only after verifying the return shipment.

Refund Processing Time

For cancellations before shipment, we process a full refund. For cancellations post-shipment or returns, refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the return. Refunds are initiated within a week post-approval, deducting shipping charges (as applicable) and payment charges (2% of the billing amount).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account first. Contact your bank if necessary. If you still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at customercare@oleumnaturals.com.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds for international orders. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure reliable deliveries.
