Domestic Shipping:
- Where do we ship? We ship products to almost all locations within the country, utilizing the services of leading courier companies in India.
- Delivery Time: Orders are dispatched within 72 hours of payment from Monday to Friday. Delivery typically takes 5-7 working days after dispatch. However, unforeseen circumstances like bad weather or logistics issues may cause delays.
- Order Status: You can check the status of your order through the ‘Order History’ tab on your account page on our online store.
- Shipment Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with the courier company details and tracking number for you to track the status of your shipment.
- Multiple Shipments: It’s normal for orders to be shipped in multiple shipments, especially if different products are stored at different locations. You’ll receive email notifications as each part of your order is shipped.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are based on the weight and dimensions of the shipment. You can view the exact charges at the checkout page or contact us at customercare@oleumnaturals.com for an estimated shipping cost.
Time to Dispatch mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, return, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason. In normal circumstances, the dispatch time will be 1 to 4 days and shipping will be done within 7 to 10 days after dispatching of the order.
