Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Oleum Naturals, we aim to process and deliver your orders safely and efficiently. We work with established logistics and courier partners to deliver our products across India and to selected international destinations.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, availability of the product, courier service, customs procedures and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful confirmation of the order and payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
In certain cases, additional processing time may be required for:
Bulk or large-volume orders;
Custom or special orders;
Products temporarily unavailable in ready stock;
Orders requiring additional verification; or
Unforeseen operational circumstances.
If there is a significant delay in dispatch, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer.
2. Delivery Within India
We currently offer delivery across India, subject to service availability at the destination.
Estimated Delivery Time
3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
The actual delivery time may vary depending on:
Delivery location and distance from our dispatch centre;
Availability of courier services in the destination area;
Metropolitan, non-metro and remote/extended-area locations;
Weather and other natural conditions;
Public holidays and local restrictions;
Courier or transportation delays; and
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Accordingly, the 3–7 business day period is an estimated delivery window and not a guaranteed delivery commitment.
Remote, rural, difficult-to-service or extended-area locations may require additional time.
3. International Shipping
Oleum Naturals may ship products to selected international destinations, subject to product eligibility, courier availability and applicable laws and regulations.
Estimated International Delivery Time
15–45 business days from the date of dispatch.
International delivery timelines can vary considerably from country to country and may be affected by:
Destination country and location;
International courier and transit schedules;
Customs clearance;
Import procedures;
Local postal/courier services;
Public holidays;
Weather or other transportation disruptions;
Customs inspections; and
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Therefore, the 15–45 business day period is an estimated delivery window and not a guaranteed delivery commitment.
Certain destinations may require additional time.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout, where applicable.
Shipping charges may vary depending on:
Order value and weight;
Package dimensions;
Delivery location;
Shipping method;
International destination; and
Applicable courier or logistics charges.
For international orders, additional charges may apply depending on the destination country and the applicable import/customs requirements.
5. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges — International Orders
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, clearance charges, handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country, unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
Oleum Naturals does not control the customs procedures or charges imposed by the destination country.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are permitted to be imported into their country and comply with applicable local laws and regulations.
An international shipment may be delayed, held, returned or refused by customs or other authorities if the shipment does not meet applicable import requirements.
6. Tracking
Where tracking is available, the tracking details will be shared with the customer after the order has been dispatched.
Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the shipment through the relevant courier or logistics provider.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment is handed over to the courier.
7. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:
Name of recipient;
House/building number;
Street/locality;
City;
State/province;
Postal/PIN code; and
Contact telephone number.
Oleum Naturals will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from an incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate address or unavailable recipient.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts or the recipient’s refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-dispatch.
8. Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partner may make multiple delivery attempts depending on its standard delivery procedures.
Customers are requested to remain available at the provided delivery address and respond to calls or messages from the courier where necessary.
If delivery cannot be completed after the courier’s prescribed attempts, the shipment may be returned to Oleum Naturals.
9. Delayed Deliveries
Although we endeavour to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delivery may occasionally take longer due to circumstances beyond our control.
These may include:
Severe weather;
Floods or other natural events;
Strikes or transportation disruptions;
Public disturbances or local restrictions;
Customs delays;
Courier operational issues;
High-volume periods;
Incorrect or incomplete address information;
Government or regulatory restrictions; or
Other unforeseen circumstances.
A delay beyond the estimated delivery period does not automatically constitute a cancellation or refund entitlement where the delay has resulted from circumstances beyond Oleum Naturals’ reasonable control.
If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us so that we can investigate the shipment with our logistics partner.
10. Damaged Packages
Customers are requested to inspect the package at the time of delivery.
If the outer package appears materially damaged, customers should, where possible:
Take photographs or a video of the package before opening it.
Record the condition of the package and product.
Contact Oleum Naturals within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide the order number along with photographs/videos of the damage.
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the procedure applicable to damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products.
11. Missing or Incorrect Items
If an item is missing from your order or you have received an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number and photographs of the package and products received so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
12. Products Subject to Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to transportation, courier, airline, customs or destination-country restrictions.
Oleum Naturals reserves the right to restrict or decline shipment of a particular product to a particular destination where shipping the product may not be permitted or commercially feasible.
For international orders, product availability may therefore vary by country.
13. Bulk & Commercial Orders
Delivery timelines for bulk, wholesale or commercial orders may differ from the standard timelines mentioned above.
For large-volume orders, Oleum Naturals may separately communicate the expected dispatch and delivery schedule before or after order confirmation.
14. Force Majeure
Oleum Naturals shall not be responsible for delays caused by events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, customs delays, epidemics/pandemics, courier disruptions or other unforeseen events.
